We collect and store personal data when you visit our website, faededreality.com and faededreality.com/shop. This data is automatically transmitted by the browser used on your device to our website’s server and temporarily stored in a log file. The collected information includes:

  • Referrer URL
  • Browser and operating system of your device
  • Name of your access provider

We process this data for the following purposes:

The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our hosting provider is obliged to save the log files of the visitors for up to 6 months. The IP address of the visitor, the path visited and the Internet browser used are saved.

This data must be stored so that the provider can provide it in the event of a police investigation.

The data will not be processed.

The server automatically deletes log data if it is older than 6 months and the memory usage has reached a certain value.

There is no other processing.

The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Only our hosting provider and us have access to these log files.

  • When it is necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Article 6(1) sentence 1(b) of the DSGVO and is legally permitted.

YouTube with enhanced privacy

 

Videos from the YouTube website are included on this website, and it is operated by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use YouTube in extended data protection mode, which according to YouTube, means that they do not store any information about visitors to this website until they watch the video. However, the extended data protection mode does not necessarily exclude the transfer of data to YouTube partners.

This establishes a connection between YouTube and the Google DoubleClick network, regardless of whether you are watching a video or not. Once you start a YouTube video on this website, a connection to the YouTube servers is made, and the YouTube server is informed of which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. YouTube may also save various cookies on your device or use comparable recognition technologies (e.g. device fingerprinting) after starting a video. This enables YouTube to receive information about visitors to this website.

This information is used to collect video statistics, improve usability, and prevent fraud attempts. Spotify Integration

 

Our website includes integration with the music service Spotify. The provider of this service is Spotify AB, with offices located at Birger Jarlsgatan 61, 113 56 Stockholm, Sweden.

The use of the Spotify Music plugin is solely for the purpose of accessing our discography.

To use the plugin, you must explicitly enable this function in the cookie banner or on the beginning of this page (Change privacy settings / Privacy settings history / Revoke consents).

When you select a track with the Spotify plugin enabled, the plugin establishes a connection to Spotify’s servers. Spotify is then able to collect information about the track you have accessed and your IP address. You can prevent this by logging out of your Spotify account.

Apple Music Integration

 

We have integrated functions of the music service Apple Music in our website. The provider is Apple Inc., located at One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, California, USA, 95014.

The use of the Apple Music plugin is solely for the purpose of accessing our discography and must be explicitly enabled in the cookie banner or on the beginning of this page (Change privacy settings / Privacy settings history / Revoke consents).

When you select a track with the Apple Music plugin enabled, the app establishes a connection to Apple Music servers. Through this connection, Apple Music can determine which of our tracks you have accessed, and it may also collect your IP address. You can prevent this by logging out of your apple music account.

Our website processes personal information such as inventory data (e.g. names, addresses, and contact information), and contract data (e.g. services used, names of contact persons, payment information) in order to fulfil our contractual obligations and services as stated in Art. 6 para. 1 lit b. DSGVO.
Creating a user account is optional, but will allow you to view your order history. During the registration process, mandatory information will be requested. User accounts are not made public and are not indexed by search engines. If you choose to cancel your user account, your data will be deleted, unless we need to retain it for commercial or tax reasons, as outlined in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. It is your responsibility to save your data before the contract termination. We reserve the right to permanently delete all data stored during the contract period.
During registration, renewed registrations, and usage of our online services, we may collect and store the IP address and time of user actions for the purpose of safeguarding against misuse and other unauthorized use. This information will not be shared with third parties, unless it is necessary for us to pursue claims or if there is a legal obligation to do so pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.

Mailchimp Newsletter

 

When you sign up for our newsletter, we may use your email address to send you regular updates, provided you have given us your explicit consent as per Article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO). Our goal is to use a user-friendly and secure newsletter system that serves our business interests and meets the expectations of our subscribers. To receive the newsletter, you only need to provide your email address. However, we may also ask for your name and country for personalization and country-specific content.

To ensure that only authorized users sign up for the newsletter, we use a double-opt-in process, which means you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is required to prevent others from registering with your email address. We keep a log of all newsletter registrations and confirmations, which includes the date and time of registration and confirmation, as well as the IP address. We also keep a record of any changes made to your data by the mailing service provider.

We use Mailchimp to send out our newsletters. Mailchimp is a service provided by Rocket Science Group LLC, located at 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. Your data, including your email address, will be stored on Mailchimp’s servers in the USA. However, we have disabled performance tracking, so Mailchimp will not analyze your behavior when you open our newsletters.

If you do not want your data to be transferred to Mailchimp, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every newsletter or by sending an email to faededreality@gmail.com. You can also revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. Any data you provide will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list once you unsubscribe. However, any data we have stored for other purposes will remain unaffected.

We use standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission to transfer data to the USA. For more information, click here.

Once you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your email address will be added to a blacklist to prevent future mailings. The data in the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with any other data. The blacklist will remain in effect indefinitely. However, if you feel that your interests outweigh our legitimate interests, you can object to the storage of your data in the blacklist.
