We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed.

- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter you address so we can estimate the shipping costs before you place an order.

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.
Payments
We accept payments through major credit cards, apple pay, google pay and direct bank transfers. When processing payments, only your entered data when checking out will be passed to these payment platforms, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Online shop
Our website processes personal information such as inventory data (e.g. names, addresses, and contact information), and contract data (e.g. services used, names of contact persons, payment information) in order to fulfil our contractual obligations and services as stated in Art. 6 para. 1 lit b. DSGVO.
Creating a user account is optional, but will allow you to view your order history. During the registration process, mandatory information will be requested. User accounts are not made public and are not indexed by search engines. If you choose to cancel your user account, your data will be deleted, unless we need to retain it for commercial or tax reasons, as outlined in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. It is your responsibility to save your data before the contract termination. We reserve the right to permanently delete all data stored during the contract period.
During registration, renewed registrations, and usage of our online services, we may collect and store the IP address and time of user actions for the purpose of safeguarding against misuse and other unauthorized use. This information will not be shared with third parties, unless it is necessary for us to pursue claims or if there is a legal obligation to do so pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.
Information on personal data collection, use and storage when visiting our website
We collect and store personal data when you visit our website, faededreality.com and faededreality.com/shop. This data is automatically transmitted by the browser used on your device to our website’s server and temporarily stored in a log file. The collected information includes:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the accessed file
- Referrer URL
- Browser and operating system of your device
- Name of your access provider
We process this data for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection to our website
- Providing a comfortable browsing experience on our website

The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in collecting this data for the aforementioned purposes and we do not use this data to draw conclusions about your personal identity. Our hosting provider is obliged to save the log files of the visitors for up to 6 months. The IP address of the visitor, the path visited and the Internet browser used are saved.
This data must be stored so that the provider can provide it in the event of a police investigation.
The data will not be processed.
The server automatically deletes log data if it is older than 6 months and the memory usage has reached a certain value.
There is no other processing.
The data will not be passed on to third parties.
Only our hosting provider and us have access to these log files.

Information on Data Transfer to the US
Our website may contain tools from companies based in the US, such as YouTube. If you choose to activate these tools, your personal data may be transferred to the US servers of these companies. Please be aware that the US is not considered a safe third country under EU data protection laws. YouTube with enhanced privacy
Videos from the YouTube website are included on this website, and it is operated by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in extended data protection mode, which according to YouTube, means that they do not store any information about visitors to this website until they watch the video. However, the extended data protection mode does not necessarily exclude the transfer of data to YouTube partners.
This establishes a connection between YouTube and the Google DoubleClick network, regardless of whether you are watching a video or not.
